STANDS AND RATES

All amounts mentioned on this registration form are exclusive of 21% VAT and apply for the entire weekend. The stands have a standard size of 3m x 1m and are equipped with lighting, carpeting and an awning. You will receive 2 participant cards per reserved stand.

This rate is per m² and includes carpeting. You must provide your own lighting.

All amounts mentioned on this registration form are exclusive of 21% VAT. Exhibitors must comply with the location's fire and use regulations. The undersigned declares to have read the general terms and conditions and declares (in all cases not provided in this registration form) that he agrees with the included provisions.

Cancellation: Cancellation can only take place in writing. The cancellation costs depend on the term of cancellation. See the General Terms and Conditions on our website (bottom right of the footer).

Payment: Your payment must be credited no later than 30 days before the start of the fair on IBAN Number NL07 INGB 0669769762 in the name of De Broodfabriek B.V.

Insurance: Any form of insurance, against any risk, is not included. We advise you to take out transport insurance and insurance for valuables at your stand.
